Dionysus Design Ordering Information
Ordering on the Dionysus Design website can be broken down into 7 steps.



1. Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" buttons.

2. Click the "Checkout" button when viewing the shopping cart. The shopping cart can be accessed by the "Cart Contents" link at the top right side of the website.

3. Sign in to your account. If you do not have an account, the website will help you create one. If you forgot your password, click on the "Password forgotten? Click Here" link below the sign-on boxes. Your password will be reset and the new password will be mailed to you.

4. Select the shipping address and delivery method.

5. Select the payment address and payment method. If you are paying by credit card, please enter your card number.

6. Confirm the order.
  • If you are paying with Paypal you will be re-directed to the paypal website so you can send the money. Please complete the paypal payment completely. Your web browser will automatically be re-directed to the Dionysus Design website. If the browser is closed before it is re-directed back to the Dionysus Design website, the order will not be collected but the payment will! We try to check our paypal account often just in case this happens.

    7. After the order has been submitted, the order process will go through different phases as it is shipped. They are:
    Pending: Customer has placed the order, but the Dionysus Design staff has not seen the order yet.
    Processing: The Dionysus Design staff has seen the order, all items are in stock, and it will be shipped soon.
    Shipped: The order has already been shipped and is currently in route.
    Backordered: One or more items on the order have been backordered. Items that are in stock will be shipped as soon as possible. An estimate will be given for the ship date of the backordered parts.
    On Hold Pending Payment: The order was received, but the payment has not been received yet. This usually occurs when the customer pays with a check or money order.
    Returned: The customer has shipped back all or part of the order for a refund.
